Hi, I’m Aarem Karkee — a nutritionist and weight loss coach originally from Nepal, now based in Canada. I help busy people who don’t have time for the gym lose weight and feel healthier — without exercise, using simple, sustainable diet plans based on healthy Nepali-style eating.
Over the past 7+ years, I’ve guided hundreds of clients to transform their bodies and lives — even those who thought they were “too busy” or had “tried everything.” My plans are designed to work around your lifestyle, so you can focus on your job, family, and goals — and still lose weight.

I created TheBeFit.com because I saw a big gap — so many hardworking people are trying to stay healthy, but they simply don’t have time for the gym or strict fitness routines.
Most weight loss advice out there expects you to work out daily or follow extreme diets. But I knew from my clients — and my own experience — that you can still lose weight, fix health issues, and feel confident again, all through smart nutrition alone.
At TheBeFit, my goal is to prove that it’s possible — to help people lose weight, even when life is busy and exercise isn’t an option.
